My name is Corrie Woolcott and I live in San Diego, CA. I am an Organization Development and Training (OD &T) Strategic Business Performance Consultant and specialize in working with Small to Medium sized Business (SMB). I have also worked with large corporations in the past (15,000+ employees) and as a Organization and Development Training Manager in Financial Services. I enjoy engaging in talent management practices, reading about human capital strategy, managing training departments and exploring new technology for rapid training deployment as well as social learning. I work with HR, organization effectiveness, training departments, to help drive performance Improvement within the core business units of the organization. I help demonstrate ROI through rich, blended and specialized training performance programs.
