Leadership Development and e-learning

Here is an article that was forwarded to me by TrainingMagNetwork.com.  The article is sponsored by Skillsoft. I am sharing this article because we use Skillsoft courses as pre-requesites in the current Leadership Program I help facilitate. I like the many courses they have to offer and they integrate seemlessly with SumTotal LMS.
